RFP documents may be obtained through the office of the Commission's Purchasing Manager, 682 Prospect Street, Berea, Ohio 44017, Telephone (440) 234-2081. Documents will be forwarded to all potential respondents who have pre-registered with the Commission's Purchasing Department and will be forwarded, upon request and without charge, to any prospective respondents.

Each Proposal must be on the form prescribed by the Commission and must comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the RFP.

For RFPs requiring submission of a proposal bond, such bond shall be retained by, or paid to the Commission. In the event the selected respondent fails or refuses to enter into a contract awarded by the Commission. Otherwise, all proposal bonds will be returned after contract execution.

The award of the Contract or Contracts, if any award be made, will be to the respondent submitting the best proposal capable of providing the services specified in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFP. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive irregularities.
