Ohio Turnpike Commission’s Proposed and Amended Rules
In accordance with Governor Kasich Executive Order 2011-01K, this site provides access to all of the Ohio Turnpike Commission’s pending rules.
Below is a list containing one new rule, proposed amendments to two rules under the 5-year review process, and one rule that is being reviewed with no recommended amendments prior to their being filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (“JCARR”). The Commission is submitting the rules to the Common Sense Initiative (“CSI”), which requires state agencies to draft or amend rules in collaboration with stakeholders, assess and justify any adverse impact on the business community, and provide opportunity for the affected public to provide input on the rules.
