Data makes us better stewards of the Ohio Turnpike and holds managers accountable for your return on investment (the tolls that you pay and the goods and services that you purchase). The Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission takes these measures seriously. If we see one or more objectives and key results going in the wrong direction, we find out why and take steps to improve.
These reports are a snapshot of our goals, called Objectives and Key Results (OKR), which we measure against our Guiding Principles. Our Guiding Principles are also synonymous with our Strategic Objectives across the entire enterprise and each strategic objective features 5-6 key results.
