Customer Appreciation Events
The Ohio Turnpike hosts Customer Appreciation Events at various service plazas ahead of the busiest travel holidays of the year. During these events, customers and travelers will find helpful information on roadway safety topics and travel destinations across the region. Safety partners include the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Bowling Green State University - Firelands Campus (human trafficking prevention), ROTH ID TAG (for passengers and car seats), and others. In addition, guests can enjoy complimentary food and beverage items from participating service plaza partners as well as spin a prize wheel to win Ohio Turnpike merchandise.
