- Incident ratio is measured by the number of Public Employees Risk Reduction Program (PERRP) recordable injuries and illnesses and the number of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recordable injuries and illnesses multiplied by 200,000* divided by the total hours worked by all employees.
*Represents OSHA formula, which is based on 100 employees multiplied by 40 hour week multiplied by 50 weeks (52 weeks minus two weeks of vacation).
MAINTAIN LOST TIME RATIO BELOW 1.00 IN 2024
- Lost Time is measured by the number of lost time cases x 200,000*/number of labor hours (YTD).
