HOW TO APPLY FOR A REFUND IF YOU BELIEVE YOU WERE CHARGED THE WRONG TOLL.
If you have your receipt:
To ensure proper processing of a refund/reimbursement request, it is strongly recommended that customers send, e-mail or fax additional documentation, such as a receipt or some other record to verify travel on the Ohio Turnpike.
In your request, please include the information from the fields below along with copies of receipt(s) or other documentation to the Customer Service Center at one of the following:

If a receipt is not available:
Please fill out the online form below and provide as much information as possible regarding the incident. You may be contacted directly if more details are needed to process your request.
In all instances, please allow a few weeks for the matter to be researched and resolved. You will receive correspondence via direct mail and a reimbursement check (if applicable).
